This device automatically switches your fridge away from your batteries when it senses 240volt main power is available.
As soon as the 240volt main power disappears it allows the fridge to run from the batteries again. Supplies a high start-up current for starting the compressor.
Connection via screw terminal or cigarette lighter.

When using the 240volt power source it supplies 24volts (not 12volts) this is to be more efficient and not generate as much heat. most portable and caravan marine 12volt fridges can run on 24volt automatically. If in doubt please send us a message and we can advise.
