Turnaround
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm.

Carriers
We use a range of carriers, we display the fastest and also the cheapest option for shipping. You are able to choose the carrier at time of purchase. The name of your chosen carrier is shown in a check box you must select.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, size of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for the performance of the carrier. We are only responsible to ensure the goods are delivered to the nominated carrier in a timely manner. Whilst we will do what we can to help in the case of missing or damaged goods, if you require us to insure your goods you will need to advise us and we will insure on your behalf - there may be an additional charge for this.

New Zealand

We are now shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post. The receiver is responsible for all/any import charges/duty/GST. All orders are paid in AUD.  Call for any info on our NZ local number 09 909 7878.
