Turnaround
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
Carriers
We use a range of carriers, we display the fastest and also the cheapest option for shipping. You are able to choose the carrier at time of purchase. The name of your chosen carrier is shown in a check box you must select.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information if possible. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers depending on the carrier you have chosen.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, size of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we are going to make a loss on the item.
Shipping to Remote Areas
If you’re located in a remote area or on a rural property, your order may need to be collected from the nearest freight depot.In some cases, there may be extra freight charges depending on your location. If delivering your order would result in a loss for us, we reserve the right to cancel the order —but we’ll always let you know as soon as possible if there are any issues with delivery.
Free Shipping
Whilst we do offer and provide free shipping on some items - we reserve the right to cancel the order if we are going to make a loss on the item. Do not purchase if you do not agree with this.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for the performance of the carrier. We are only responsible to ensure the goods are delivered to the nominated carrier in a timely manner.
New Zealand
We are now shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post. The receiver is responsible for all and any import charges/duty/GST. All pricing is quoted in AUD.

GST on overseas shipments
We do charge Australian GST on overseas shipments - you can not apply this to your local customs and VAT costs etc, we don’t have a practical way to claim back small amounts of local tax on exports. Handling these individually would take more time and resources than the profit we make on the item and would make it difficult for us to continue offering products to overseas customers. Please do not purchase if you disagree with this.
