1. Introduction and Company Details

If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Everything Caravans Pty Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.The term ‘Everything Caravans’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 22-24 Greens Rd, Dandenong South, Vic 3175. Our ABN is 92 147 287 597. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

2. Returns, Refunds and Refused Deliveries

If the product we have sold you has failed or is not suitable for the use we have described, you can return the goods to us, subject to the following strict conditions:
• Timeframe: Goods must be returned within one month of the date of purchase.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in a condition to be resold as a new item.
• Exclusions: PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) and Electronic Equipment that have been removed from their original packaging will not be accepted back under any circumstances, due to the risk of them being used, tested, or shorted.
• International Orders: For overseas shipments, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Proof of Purchase: Items must be packed properly and shipped to us with a copy of your original purchase invoice. Any items received without a copy of the original invoice will not be considered returned or processed.
• Return Methods: Items for return can be shipped back or delivered in person to Everything Caravans, 22-24 Greens Rd, Dandenong South, Vic 3175 (Opening hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday).
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund any original or return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fees and Credits: We apply a 20% restocking fee on approved returns, or alternatively, we can provide a 100% store credit if we accept the goods back.
• Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of an item upon arrival, or if an item is returned to sender due to a failure to collect it from a courier depot, a flat carrier rejection fee of $39.00 AUD plus the actual return postage costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from any monies returned to you. This deduction is in addition to our standard 20% restocking fee.
• Refund Method: We will refund the value of the goods (minus any applicable restocking, refusal, or freight fees) using the same method by which the goods were originally paid. We may request bank details from you to complete a direct deposit.

3. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, there is no charge as long as the order has not been dispatched yet.
• How to Cancel: To ensure your cancellation is processed in time, you must call us at +61 3 9574 1900.
• Email Warning: While we accept cancellation requests via email, we cannot guarantee the order will be stopped in time. Our dispatch team focuses heavily on packing orders quickly and does not constantly monitor incoming emails.
• Deadlines: To be certain your order is cancelled, please call us by 10:00 am on the next business day following your order. If the order has already been dispatched, our standard restocking fees, carrier refusal fees, and all postage costs will apply.

4. Freight and Transit Damage

We use established third-party carriers for all freight movements; however, we have zero control over their actual transit performance.
• Transit Insurance: To safeguard your purchases, we offer optional transit insurance at checkout for a nominal fee. If you dont see it at check out you can find it here.
• Customer Responsibility: If you decline or do not request this transit insurance, any damage or loss incurred during transportation will be entirely your responsibility.
• If a parcel does get damaged or lost and you have selected insurance, we will do our absolute best to rectify the situation quickly.
• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the receiver, the carrier charges us a penalty. Consequently, a $39.00 refusal fee plus return shipping costs will be subtracted from your order's refund.

5. International Orders, Duties and Taxes

It is our responsibility to ship the items and ensure they are delivered to your destination country. It is not our responsibility to pay any taxes or duties required by your country—this is entirely your responsibility. Do not purchase if you do not agree to these terms.
By placing an international order, you will be deemed the importer of the goods and are fully responsible for customs clearance, as well as the payment of all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. We will gladly provide any reasonable documentation you require to assist you with this process.

6. Product Specifications

We make every effort to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, manufacturers frequently make changes and improvements to their items. We reserve the right to update product details without notice and are not responsible for supplier-driven changes to products. If a specific dimension, colour, specification, or feature is important to you, please verify with us before making your purchase.

7. Security Policy

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system and in hard-copy form. We do not store credit card information. All credit card data is securely submitted directly to our bank for processing.
