Good service but poor quality product

Having just replaced this switch assembly it was clear that the switch is very poorly made with the splade connections coming out of the switch block being extremely fragile and which were clearly fractured by a previous technician in servicing this stove when putting the thermocouple connectors back onto the switch assembly. Please pass onto Thetford
