Grill Thermocouple 400mm to suit Swift Oven/Grill

The recall on the 500 Series Cooker/Grill and Cooktops was updated on 26 July 2022 to provide additional information about the appliances that are affected by the recall.

1. Cookers manufactured on or after 1 June 2020are not affected by this recall:
   (a) Consumers can use these gas cookers as per the instructions for use that were provided with the appliance.
   
2. Cookers manufactured between 1 January 2019 and 31 May 2020(inclusive) have been recalled:
   (a) Consumers must ensure that the front left burner control knob is in the off position and should remove the knob and store it out of reach of children and other users.
   (b) DO NOT USE the front hotplate left burner.
   (c) Further updates will be provided regarding the remedial process for cookers under recall.
   
3. Cookers manufactured before 1 January 2019are currently under investigation by the supplier:
   (a) Consumers must ensure that the front left burner control knob is in the off position and should remove the knob and store it out of reach of children and other users until further notice.
   (b) DO NOT USEthe front hotplate left burner.
   (c) Further updates will be provided regarding the remedial process for cookers under recall.

To identify affected appliances, open the glass lid and check the model number on the data plate that is located on the inside front left side of the lid.

The Gas Safety Regulators are conducting a safety investigation. The information in this recall notice will be updated when more information is available.
