With no storage Hot Water Tank, the NAUTILUS On Demand Hot Water Heater reduces weight and increases efficiency by only operating when you need hot water.
The heater uses an exclusive 60,000 BTU 2-Stage Modulating Combustion System which instantly adjusts the LP gas input to provide consistent and endless hot water.

- Inlet water flow

Access doors aren't required for new installations but are often used when replacing an older hot water unit with a water tank. The Door is designed to cover the existing hole left by the previous system.
