Product arrived ahead of schedule which I appreciated and it was well packaged. Thank you. As it turned out, I never installed the unit and it sits unused in my garage. In the end I simply couldn't cut a hole in my trailer's roof, it just left me very uncomfortable with the possibility of water leakage into the trailer. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
