The Dometic 8500 awning safety lock is specifically designed to fit main awning arms and can be utilized to keep the upper and lower arms attached when the awning is folded up.

Dometic Awning Safety Lock for 8700 Awning Hardware includes two rivets for installation. Compatible with all 8500 model caravan awnings, this genuine part sourced in Australia (Part No. 4453000055) is finished in grey.

Can be retro fitted to 8300 Series Sunchaser awnings, replacing the Plastic locks.
