The Dometic 8700 Awning Ultra Short Hardware is designed for use with 8700 awnings and compatible with 8300, 8500, and 9000 awning barrels. The ultra short main arm measures 1350mm, requiring a minimum wall height of 1475mm for installation. This hardware is suitable for flat wall mounting on caravans or trailers.
Available in three sizes to match your caravan’s wall height and mounting space:
- Ultra Short: Minimum wall height 1475mm, main arm length 1350mm
- Standard (formerly Short): Minimum wall height 1620mm, main arm length 1550mm
- Tall: Minimum wall height 1925mm, main arm length 1855mm
To replace existing hardware, measure your current main arm and select the matching size for proper fit and function.
