The Dometic 8700 Awning Hardware is designed for reliable use in tough Australian environments. This universal awning hardware kit is compatible with existing 8300, 8500, and 9000 awning barrels.
Constructed from heavy-duty, powder-coated aluminium with cast aluminium safety latches, it is built for durability. Soft grip handles and five-star locking knobs provide ease of operation.
Available in three sizes to suit different trailer wall heights. Choose the largest size that fits your caravan for optimal performance:
- Ultra Short: Minimum wall height 1475mm
- Standard (previously Short): Minimum wall height 1620mm
- Tall: Minimum wall height 1925mm
To replace existing hardware, measure your main arm length and match it to one of the sizes below:
- Ultra Short: 1350mm
- Short/Standard: 1550mm
- Tall: 1855mm
