Dometic 8700 Awning Hardware Tall Black
The Dometic 8700 Awning Hardware is designed for reliable use in Australian conditions. This universal hardware kit fits 8700 awnings and is compatible with existing 8300, 8500, and 9000 awning barrels.
Constructed from powder-coated aluminium with cast aluminium safety latches, it offers durability for flat wall installations. Soft grip handles and five-star locking knobs provide easy operation.
The tall version requires a minimum trailer wall height of 1925mm. Choose from three sizes depending on available installation space:
- Ultra Short: Minimum wall height 1475mm; Main Arm Length 1350mm
- Standard (previously Short): Minimum wall height 1620mm; Main Arm Length 1550mm
- Tall: Minimum wall height 1925mm; Main Arm Length 1855mm
When replacing hardware, measure your current Main Arm length to determine the correct size.
