Use and Operation

• Connect the unit directly to a 12V DC power source using the 35A Anderson-style connector.
• Fold open for grilling or closed for sandwich pressing.
• Use non-stick plates to reduce food sticking and simplify cleaning.
• Turn off and unplug before cleaning. Wipe plates with a damp cloth; avoid immersing the unit in water.
• Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners on the non-stick surfaces.
