The 4.0m Connection Lead “C” Style is a long-length plug-and-play cable designed for use with CMS Electracom 230VAC systems in caravans, motorhomes, and RV installations. Its extended 4 metre length makes it ideal for larger layouts and long cable runs between components.
Featuring sealed connectors and secure locking clips, this lead ensures safe and reliable connections while simplifying installation for both DIY builders and professional setups.
Important: This cable does not suit Jayco “J” type connectors. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing, especially for retrofit applications.

System Overview
CMS Electracom systems are designed for modular 230V installations. A typical setup includes:
- External power inlet connected via a 15A extension lead
- 16A circuit breaker or RCD for safety protection
- Power points connected using plug-and-play loom cables
Additional cables and adapters can be used to extend circuits or create branches for dedicated appliances such as battery chargers, hot water systems, or air conditioning units.
Installation Notes
- Each circuit must include a 16A circuit breaker or RCD
- Maximum of 10 double or 12 single power points per circuit
- Cables have sealed ends (25 × 16 mm)
- Allow extra cable length for servicing and replacement
- Power points require a minimum recess depth of 32 mm
- Install cabling before wall sheeting where possible
