Upgrade your existing BMPRO or Jhub Battery Management System to support lithium batteries. This service is available for select J35 and BatteryPlus35 models, revision 8 or later, with a 100 amp rating.

- Compatible with J35 and BatteryPlus35 (BP35) units, revision 8 or later
- Includes installation and safety checks
- System removed, sent to BMPRO for upgrade, then returned with new lithium battery
- Choice of Zeal 100Ah or 200Ah lithium batteries, fully tested and IEC certified
- 3-year battery warranty from Zeal Batteries
- Additional 12-month warranty on upgraded Battery Management System if original warranty expired
- Tested compatibility for reliable operation with BMPRO systems
Battery Sizing Guide
- 100Ah battery: Suitable for inverters up to 1200W
- 200Ah battery: Supports inverters up to 2000W (3000W peak capability)
- 300Ah battery: Suitable for 3000W continuous inverter output
Upgrade Process
- Confirm your system’s compatibility before upgrade
- Battery management unit is removed and made safe
- Unit shipped to BMPRO for lithium upgrade
- Returned with selected lithium battery installed
- Final reinstallation and system testing completed

- From $1599 for complete caravan power upgrade with 100Ah lithium battery
- 200Ah lithium battery option available at $2499
Note: The unit’s revision number is found on the front sticker for J35 models and the rear sticker for BP35SR models. Only units meeting revision 8 or later are eligible for upgrade.
