if you need a cheap heater that does have back up and support then this is a good option, however it is our recommendation to spend more and purchase a better-quality heater like an Autoterm.

Basically, if you only use your heater a couple of times a year then the Aufocus will probably do, but if you want to use the heater regularly and expect a 10,000 hour lifetime then go with an Autoterm it will be cheaper in the long run.
