How to use

1. Light hardwood or charcoal fire in your ArcPit and wait for hot coals
2. Place the pizza oven on the ArcPit to preheat the pizza stone
3. Use the included pizza peel to cook your pizza on the stone
4. Cook until base is crispy, cheese melted, and toppings cooked
5. Serve hot directly from the oven

Usage tips

• Sprinkle flour on the pizza stone before cooking to check temperature; if flour burns, the stone is too hot
• Cool the stone using a wet paper towel if overheated
• Allow fire to burn down or adjust oven height if needed

Simple 3-ingredient pizza dough recipe

• 2 cups self-raising flour
• 1 cup Greek yoghurt
• Pinch of salt

1. Mix ingredients until combined.
2. Knead for 2–3 minutes.
3. Stretch into pizza bases.
4. Add toppings and cook on the oven.

This dough requires no rising time and is ideal for camp cooking.
