One thing after another.

Ordered 2 fans for our air con, waited in north QLD for a week after emailed and asked for it go be expressed so we could keep moving. Received a email straight away ( which was great) saying that it would be sent express. Didn’t happen, then we only received one of the two fans. Rang and ask for the second fan to be sent to our home address. Didn’t happen. Was sent to the address that we had already left, as we had to get home.

Air Conditioning in Far North Queensland is a must, after ordering parts just before Cyclone Jasper hit the parts arrived about 5 days after the event, even though the roads from Cairns to Port Douglas are still closed to all traffic. Well done getting the order filled promptly.
