MPPT controllers operate solar panels at their Maximum Power Point improving efficiency up to 30% by adjusting input voltage to harvest the maximum power from the solar panels.
The MPPT senses when to adjust the output that it is being sent to the battery and will shut down for a few microseconds, calculate and make relevant adjustments. The principle of MPPT is to extract the maximum possible power from a solar panel by setting the most efficient combination of voltage and current - maximum power point.
The SmartSolar charge controller will even recharge a severely depleted battery. It can operate with a battery voltage as low as 0 Volts, provided the cells are not permanently sulphated or otherwise damaged.
Bluetooth along with the VictronConnect App provides easy access to the extensive range of functions available:
- Solar Gauge – Realtime power output
- Battery Voltage
- Battery Current
- Battery State
- Load Output [100/20 and smaller]
- Load current – shows the current being drawn by appliances

First time visiting the new Showroom which was well worth the drive. The range of products available is impressive. If your building a Campervan as we are or planning a big lap this place has you covered.
Perfect
Ordered item from Everything Caravans because price was better than comparable item in UK. Arrived in just over a week in perfect condition. Got updates all through its journey. Great service and would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Perfect. The only issue is the declared value in the shipping is AUD. It should be in AED. I paid more than AED 500 because the declared value is in AUD.
