Ordered a Thetford cassette vent kit. Arrived in good time but one of the key circuit boards had a little sensor knocked off. Emailed the team and they found a replacement board which arrived brilliantly packed. SOG kit being fitted in spare time and the affected board was/is first step. Very grateful for outstanding service.

Selected appropriate Spark Generator, but an incorrect one was dispatched & rec'd. Alerted supplier Everything Caravans, they acknowledged their mistake and have since sent the correct item, similtaneously the original Genertaor was returned via their pre-paid courier pack. All good finally, & highly recommend this firm
