Brass Gas fitting 5-16 Flare Union for 1-8 Taper Thread x 2
This brass gas fitting is machined from solid brass and is suitable for connecting a 5/16" flare to a 1/8" tapered thread.
It features a 45-degree flare for optimal performance when joining a 5/16 gas pipe to a gas appliance or fitting.
No thread tape is needed on the flare connection as it seats against the other taper, while the tapered thread requires tape or similar material for secure installation.
This product is made in Australia and should be installed by a qualified professional.
