One thing after another.

Ordered 2 fans for our air con, waited in north QLD for a week after emailed and asked for it go be expressed so we could keep moving. Received a email straight away ( which was great) saying that it would be sent express. Didn’t happen, then we only received one of the two fans. Rang and ask for the second fan to be sent to our home address. Didn’t happen. Was sent to the address that we had already left, as we had to get home.

Very happy with replacement cover delivery time, condition and price. To help with making decision to purchase it would've helped if websites item description mentioned the rachet tensioning arrangement, 4 webbing strips and 4 complete plastic clips were included. Rooftop tent now ready for another 20years of use.
