Faulty unit from the start

The purchase process was great received and found the unit faulty wa directed back to manufacturer and the warranty process is terrible after 10 emails and 3 videos to prove it was faulty not one phone call from it is now with then it will take up to a month to finalise when they get around to it very poor customer service by BMPRO
