    Work well

I replaced another (expensive) brand of TPMS with this safety Dave unit. So far I’m very happy with it. It has a handy trailer detach/attach mode that lets the unit know you don’t have a caravan behind, so don’t panic if the caravan responders aren’t found. Like any TPMS I’ve found it to be sensitive to the level of charge in the button batteries in the transponders. When low, they lose connection. The 2032 batteries are a nominal 3.0v battery but when they get down to 3v (from about 3.3 fresh) they start to cause problems. So, change the batteries often. Forget what it says on the pack about lasting two years.
The head unit in the car constantly cycles around through the tyres showing the temperature and pressure. Great for monitoring the expected rises when applying the 4psi or 6psi rule for pressures.
