This multi layer exhuast tube is made from 3 layers of rolled steel, this has a few benefits:
- very flexible whilst maintaining sealing
- strong - crush resistant (if the exhuast is acidentally damaged causing a restriction the air fuel mixture becomes rich and can allow sooting of the heater)
- quiet - the multiple layers actually dampen the noise for the exhuast
