If you have an appliance to repair that you have removed from your Caravan or RV you can drop your, Fridge, Oven, Engel Fridge, Waeco , Smev, Thetford, Spinflo, Chescold, Suburban, Carefree, Coleman, Dometic, Cramer, Swift, Truma, Eberspacher, Webasto, Warmda, Evakool, Novakool and many others for repair to our site. We will put the job through our workshop. We usually take approx 7 days to turn most repairs around. The way we generally work is if the job is going to cost less then $200 we just carry on and repair it. However if the job is going to cost more than this we will to talk to you and make a decision together with you as to the best way to proceed – we don’t like unexpected job costs anymore than you. We do ask for a workshop deposit of $99. (Any workshop jobs left longer than 3 months after repair, may, be sold to defray expenses).
Drop the appliance off to us anytime Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
If your fridge or appliance is in your van you will need to call us and make an appointment. We will advise you on approx repair costs or if covered by warranty. You then drop your caravan off early in the morning (between 8am and 9am) we will then carry out the work which you can then pick up later in the day. We try to operate on a same day basis.
Installation work we often need to keep your caravan or motorhome overnight – we only have a limited amount of secure area to store caravans and keep them safe, so again this is by appointment/arrangement only.

We are also very focused on getting jobs already booked in – finished on time, with a reasonable price, so we unfortunately can not pull a technician “of the job” to answer the phone.
